the world cracked open
an official announcement will go out tomorrow, but here it is for my friends: another candidate was chosen for the Executive Director position at IDHA.
so the drama is finally over (mostly), and i will be heading back out into the world with this experience under my belt. the timing is impeccable as i have fallen in 'deep like' with an amazing man who matches me well; and lo and behold, i will soon have the time/freedom to decide how to pursue this relationship.
all the sudden, many possibilities are before me. looking forward to what life has to offer next...

I am always so amazed at your strength! You could easily be crushed, but you see this as an opportunity. I am very very sorry that you didn't get the position. I think you would have done well in it. I know the best thing though, must still be out there.
